As we mentioned, we take a lot of what we do in carpets and apply it to rugs. Yet, one of the biggest challenges in this particular service is knowing, for example, if we are going to clean an area rug where it lays or are we going to take it out and clean it from both sides. We typically want to make sure that we get everything, so to speak. As with furniture and carpets, we can handle rugs made from different types of fabric. We don’t have one method only. The key is to be able to adapt to the different needs that each area may have.
All Cleaning is Done On The Spot
This is something that we want to ensure is perfectly clear. All of the cleaning services that we provide are generally done on the spot. We are not the type of company that tells you we’ll take them away and have them back to you in a week. You could basically take your rug to the dry cleaners for that. There is nothing wrong with working that way. We just don’t want to have you worried about whether or not we are going to bring things back on time and things of that nature.
Rug Stain Removal
With carpets, it is, at times, even easier to be able to remove stains since we know that carpets are going to stay in place so we can press down on them with a steam cleaner. If you want to remove stains from rugs, sometimes we have to be more creative and apply different chemicals as part of our soft washing methods. We are certainly confident, though, that we are going to be able to remove virtually any type of stain from rugs made from a wide variety of fabrics.

If you happen to own a very unique rug, it’s essentially normal to feel like you need to treat it with extra care. It’s also true that not every company out there is going to be able to provide that extra care for you. We’ve been cleaning rugs for many years. As we always say, we have to take our time to determine exactly what type of fabric we are dealing with. From there we’ll let you know which cleaning method we intend to use. That way, we can all be on the same page as far as how these rugs are being cleaned. We’ve seen that this almost always brings better results.
How Often Do Rugs Need To Be Cleaned?
Again, many people can have the fear that cleaning their rugs, especially if they are exotic rugs, too; too can be detrimental. If you clean your rugs maybe every 3 months and just vacuum them regularly, you are going to be ok. You are going to have clean rugs virtually all year round. You won’t have to worry about having your rugs get worn down by excessive cleaning.
